SCOPE OF WORK
- Work completed
- Contracted by Norristown Area School District
- Rout and repoint 100% of all mortar joints
- Rebuilt sections of bulged or displaced parapet
- Patched and pointed all limestone features including coping stones
- Apply clear masonry sealer to all brick and limestone surfaces
- Coat all stucco surfaces using elastomeric paint
- Install new thru-wall flashing above all windows and at steel lintel locations
- Rebuilt cracked brick corners at various locations
- Chemical cleaned entire building to restore brick and limestone to original appearance
