SCOPE OF WORK
- Work Completed
- After portions of the parapet wall fell and landed on the roof of an adjacent building, we were contracted to demolish and rebuild the entire parapet wall
- Mobilize scaffolding and demo unstable portions of parapet wall
- Remove and rebuild back-up masonry as necessary
- Rebuild new brick facade and parapet
- Repoint mortar joints in selected areas
- Repair roof and install new capping at the top of the parapet
- Paint to match original appearance
